As the Director of Student Activities, Leah Adinolfi is responsible for assisting new and current student organizations and overseeing registration for new student organizations. Her responsibilities include reviewing performance contracts, assisting with event planning, and acting as staff advisor for Buctainment (student programming board) and the Homecoming Committee.

Joy Fulkerson collaborates with other campus and community units to develop and implement service-learning, community service, and civic engagement activities in addition to advising Volunteer ETSU and coordinating the implementation of the Alternative Spring Break program.

As Assistant Director of Student Activities, Carter Warden is responsible for providing leadership and support of student activities and student affairs programs, working primarily with Student Government Association leadership for the planning, marketing and production of major annual events and themed weeks. Carter also serves various branches of The Department of Students Affairs by creating printed and digital marketing materials and videos.

The Director of Fraternity and Sorority Life, facilitates the delivery of programs and services for the Fraternity and Sorority community.  Maggie Darden serves as primary advisor to the Interfraternity Council, the National Pan-Hellenic Council, the Panhellenic Council, the Multicultural Greek Council, as well as the Order of Omega Honor Society.

As the Director of the Multicultural Affairs, Laura Terry offers year-round programs that expose students, faculty and staff to other cultures and ethnic backgrounds. She also coordinates orientation sessions to help acclimate students of color to campus life. She strives to serve as an advocate for students of color.  In addition to these duties, Ms. Terry advises the Black Affairs Association and the Gospel Choir and she produces an annual report detailing multiculturalism on campus.

Providing administrative support and assistance to the Director of Multicultural Affairs, Tedra assists the Director in providing direct services to students of color and to related multicultural student organizations and in creating both campus-wide diversity programs and activities, as well as assisting selected student organizations to plan educational and social programs. She also serves as liaison between the office and two student organizations: Black Affairs Association and the Gospel Choir. Maintaining the office website, on-line calendar, and brochure are also vital roles that the Multicultural Affairs Assistant fulfills, in addition to supervising student workers and replying to all office email inquiries.

Responsible for advising the Residence Hall Association, Alicia Luc serves as a resource for all Hall Council advisors, supervises residence hall staff in the central-campus area, and assists hall staff with programming.  She also performs administrative hearings for some residence hall discipline cases and provides on-call availability to all hall staff in emergency/crisis situations in addition to assisting in the recruitment, selection, and training of all hall staff.

Carol Boles is the SORC Receptionist and is responsible for supervising the student workers and managing the office. She is also responsible for the office's timesheets, creating and maintaining the student worker schedule, and any other miscellaneous office duties.

Heather Levesque is responsible for New Student & Family Programs including New Student Orientation, Preview, Parent & Family Programs, Welcome Week and advises the Preview and Orientation Leader Organization (POLO). She serves as the Division liaison to other offices and areas regarding first year students including ETSU 1020 and first year Living and Learning Communities.

Jake is responsible for cultivating programs that encourage and promote positive partnerships with ETSU families in an effort to enhance and support students educational success. Jake is the link between ETSU families and the university. He works with the Preview and Orientation Leader Organization and serves as a the division liaison to offices around campus regarding new student and family programming.

As the SORC Media and Marketing Assistant, Ademola is responsible for maintaining and updating computer lab desktop images and the websites of the SORC, Multicultural Affairs, Buctainment, and SGA. He advertises student events via D.P. Culp Center calendars and digital marquees, initiates general marketing efforts for SORC and multi-media for special events. He also manages the social media pages of the organization.

She also serves as Program Coordinator for the annual campus session of the LeaderShape Institute.

As the graduate assistant for Buccaneer Involvement Guides (BIGs), Alexis is responsible for coordinating the BIGs which are upperclassmen mentors to freshman through the ETSU 1020 class. She places a BIG in each section of the class and helps them meet their expectations by facilitating retreats and trainings. She assists the instructors of the ETSU 1020 classes by creating activities for the BIGs to do with the freshman in class.
