Microsoft 365 is available for all employees and students at ETSU. This includes email accounts with 50GB of storage, 1TB of OneDrive cloud storage, and FREE Microsoft 365 downloads on five personal computers AND five mobile devices. Faculty, staff and students also have access to online and downloadable versions of Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, OneDrive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
Access and Download Microsoft Software
In order to install Microsoft Office 365 applications, you will need to login to your Office 365 account and then click the "Install now" button on your Office 365 portal home page.
Microsoft Teams
Microsoft Teams is a collaborative platform that integrates with Microsoft 365, offering faculty and students at ETSU a unified space for messaging, file sharing, and project coordination.

Microsoft OneDrive
OneDrive is a cloud storage service provided by Microsoft, offering a platform for storing, sharing, and collaborating on documents and files. As students or employees at ETSU, you have access to OneDrive with 1 TB of storage space, allowing for convenient access and collaboration on academic materials from any location.

Microsoft Outlook
Microsoft Outlook is an all-in-one email, calendar, and task management application
that facilitates efficient communication and organization for faculty and students
at ETSU. You have access to Outlook as part of your Microsoft 365 account, enabling
streamlined management of academic and personal schedules, as well as email correspondence.
Microsoft Word
Microsoft Word is a widely-used word processing software that offers robust tools for creating and editing documents, from simple text files to complex reports with graphics.
