Professor Kim Woodring has a BA in History, BA in Anthropology, MA in History, MLIS from UT and is completing her dissertation at University of Memphis on Emotion, Imagination, and Aesthetics in R. G. Collingwood’s Philosophies: Interpretation for a Modern Museum. Her research includes R.G. Collingwood, aesthetics, museum studies and emotion in trauma exhibits. Prof. Kim Woodring has been teaching history and humanities for thirteen years at ETSU. She is also an adjunct professor for NorthEast State Community College where she teaches humanities and history. In her spare time she likes to read, junk journal and spend time with her family.
