Professional Background:
Michelle began her professional career in outsourced sales for a national telecom client. She moved into management and ownership of sales offices across the Southeast for 6 years. After relocating to Johnson City, she began her career at ETSU in 2009, completed her MBA, and is currently working towards her Ph.D. in Business Administration at the University of South Alabama, Mitchell College of Business.
