I began my work in Northeast Tennessee with Ballad Health’s Strong Families program as a Family Partner, supporting families as they pursued personal, family, and economic goals. I later served as Program Manager in Population Health, leading a team of Family Partners, and as a Senior Community Engagement Specialist, where I led social capital and community engagement initiatives across Ballad Health’s 10-county region, supporting more than 800 enrolled families.

My passion is rural health and advancing outcomes for underserved communities. I’m grateful to bring my experience in program leadership, family support, and community engagement to CHAT and to be part of the ETSU community.
