Cancellation Policy: | Registration fees are refundable less a $50.00 administrative fee, for cancellations
received in writing a minimum of 14 days prior to the activity date. Refunds are not
provided when the registration fee is $50.00 or less, or when a cancellation request
is received less than 14 days prior to the start of the activity. ETSU Quillen College of Medicine reserves the right to cancel CME activities. If an activity is cancelled, registrants will receive a full refund. |
