Fire & Life Safety
Fire & life safety is primarily established to protect ETSU faculty, students, and staff as well as reduce the potential for property loss. ETSU recognizes the fact that life safety is more than just a matter of safe egress. The policies include inspection and testing requirements, as well as protocol to achieve an acceptable level of life safety outlining the safeguards necessary to provide adequate egress time and protection from fire exposure.
