First-time, full-time freshmen with high school GPAs of at least 3.5 who are eligible for the Tennessee Education Lottery (HOPE) Scholarship and the maximum Pell Grant also qualify for ETSU’s Promise Plus Scholars Program. If any tuition and program service fee costs remain after we apply these funds and other public aid you receive, you will receive a Promise Plus Scholarship to pay them.
