College of Public Health Celebrates Fall Picnic
President Brian Noland and Provost Kimberly McCorkle joined the faculty and staff of the College of Public Health at the annual fall picnic.
The College welcomed new faculty and staff including: Laura Trull, Chesnee Sumner, Opal Frye-Clarke, Robert Dunnam, and Samira Tamimi in the Center for Rural Health Research; Marissa Kluk in the Addiction Science Center; Justin Ledogar and Stephen Rice in the Department of Health Sciences; Liwen Zeng, Hannah Regan and Melissa White in CARE-Women’s Health; Julie Gidley and Danny Crawley in the Department of Health Services Management and Policy; Walid Alali in the Department of Biostatistics and Epidemiology; and Holly Booker in the Office of the Dean.
Three faculty announced their retirement over the past year and were recognized as Emeritus/ Chair Emeritus.

In addition to celebrating the successes of the past year, the annual fall picnic allows the college to recognize outstanding accomplishments by some individuals and groups.
The Dean's Special Recognition Awards are selected by the Dean to recognize excellence in advancing the mission of the College.
