The human resources (HR) concentration provides specialized knowledge and skills in managing the people aspects of organizations. Students in this concentration typically study topics such as recruitment and selection, training and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and HR law and regulations.

Full-time: Students transferring to ETSU with an A.A. or A.S. degree in Business can complete this program in four semesters. Otherwise, the completion timeline is six to eight semesters.Part-time: This is dependent on the student and their needs/limitations. Students will work with an academic advisor to develop a program of study.
