We are a group of individuals who are passionate about creating a campus culture of inclusion by affirming diversity in ourselves, on our campus, in our community, and in the world.

We believe that race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, abilities, socio-economic status, and culture are various branches of a collective tree that we share with all of humanity.

We meet bi-weekly each semester and undergo training sessions designed to enhance our ability to encourage and create dialogue on campus.  We are committed to having open conversations that are respectful, honest, and informative.
