Parking, Pedestrian, & Traffic Committee

Chief Operating Officer

Charge:

Consider and make recommendations in matters pertaining to improving vehicle/pedestrian safety, parking conditions, and the expedition of traffic flow.  The committee will refer issues to the appropriate university official and make recommendations on issues presented by faculty, staff, and students pertaining to parking, pedestrian, and traffic safety.  Be a source of information pertaining to parking and traffic regulations.  Serve on the Traffic and Parking Appeals Subcommittee to be comprised of one faculty member, one staff member, one student, and one member of the Parking Services staff. 

Attendance:

Voting members who incur two (2) consecutive unexcused absences will automatically be removed from the committee and replaced.  Determination as to whether an absence is excused or unexcused will be at the discretion of the Parking Services Director.
