Annual Health Screenings

University School provides free Annual Health Screenings for Kindergarten, 2nd, 4th, 6th, 8th & 10th Grades with parent's written consent. Screenings include vision & hearing.

Parents will receive a letter with your child's results and any referrals that are recommended related to the screening.

TennCare/CoverKids Free Health Insurance and Checkups

  • Do you need insurance?  Apply for TennCare or CoverKids.  It provides free health and dental insurance. 

  • We recommend you visit your doctor for a health checkup at least once a year and a dental checkups every 6 months.

Annual Flu Vaccines

University School provides Annual Influenza Vaccinations to all students with parent's written consent. Our Flu Vaccination Clinic information and dates will be posted on the weekly parent newsletters in the fall.
