- Updated Text Messaging Guidelines: Text messaging can be an incredibly effective mean of communication with students. See the Texting Students Navigate360 Guidelines for details on best and unauthorized practices.

'Email' Meeting Type! Of the credits required to graduate, a student must meet the
following requirements:
- 50 of the 120 credits required for the degree must be earned at four-year colleges or university
- 25% of the total credits required for the degree must be earned at ETSU and
- 6 credits in the major must be earned at ETSU
- Updated Navigate360 Availabilities: The Academic Advisement Leadership Team (AALT) and Office of the Executive Director of Academic Advisement (OEDAA) established a consistent and transparent process for setting Advisor Availability to ensure that students have access to accurate and up-to-date appointment options. See the UG Advising Availability Guidelines for Availability expectations, in which all Availabilities should adhere to as of January 2025.
