Locating the Lab

The Program for the Study of Infancy is located in room #214 on the second floor of the east side of the Ballad Health Athletic Center (Mini Dome). This side of the Ballad Health Athletic Center (Mini Dome) faces Brown Hall on the main ETSU campus. Reserved parking for parents is located off Sherrod Drive, in the small lot next to Burleson Hall.

Many of our studies take place at this table, with the infant seated on his/her parent's lap.

Driving Directions

From I-26, take Exit #24 Elizabethton, and turn left onto University Parkway. Turn left onto State of Franklin Road. Go straight through one stop light (Lake Street), and turn left onto the first road past the stop light (Sherrod Drive). Take the first right, a turn into a small parking lot. A reserved parking space is on the right side of the lot. Parents with scheduled appointments will be met at their vehicle by a member of the Babylab staff.

We have the ability to simultaneously video-record mother and infant faces.
