Dr. Rhinehardt is a Tri-Cities native. He earned his undergraduate degree from ETSU
in construction engineering and spent a few years working in construction and business
prior to entering medical school. He attended medical school at ETSU's Quillen College
of Medicine and residency at ETSU's Bristol Family Medicine Program.
In his free time, Dr. Rhinehardt enjoys spending time with his wife and three children
while camping, spending time on South Holston Lake, traveling, or working around their
home and property.
