Brief Bio:
Dr. Rouse grew up in South Florida near Ft. Lauderdale. The mountains and seasons
drew her to this area, but it has been the people she works with and cares for who
have kept her here. She speaks basic medical Spanish and conversational Polish. She
joined our practice in August 2004.
Dr. Rouse has worked for more than 15 years with the ETSU College of Nursing's Johnson City Community Health Center, including serving in recent years as the supervising physician for the the women's health providers. This clinic primarily serves the uninsured and underinsured patients of our region. This unique relationship coordinates the care of our region's patients with the OBGYN Department.
Additionally, since 2021, Dr. Rouse has served as clinic coordinator for the OBGYN clinic, helping to develop an integrated health care model that improves the variety of services provided to our patients.
When not at work, Dr. Rouse enjoys exploring the region with day trips, visits to local and national parks, and spending time with her family.
