Brief Bio:

Dr. Holmes is from Northeast Tennessee and has provided health care in the region for many years, first as a nurse and later as a busy obstetrician-gynecologist. She has held various clinical and administrative roles within ETSU and as a liaison with our local health system partners. As the Chief Medical Officer for ETSU Health, her attention has been more recently focused on the clinical COVID-19 response. She is a lifelong learner and is currently pursuing an executive MBA degree at UNC.

In her spare time, she enjoys reading fiction and spending time with her family and dogs. She also enjoys camping at the lake and anything water-related.
