Thomas Stoss, M.D.
Assistant Professor and Associate Chair of Veterans Affairs
Dr. Stoss earned degrees in Anthropology and Medicine at the University of Kentucky before completing his residency in Psychiatry at ETSU. He fell in love with the area and its people, particularly the U.S. Veteran population. Dr. Stoss continues to learn, teach, and see patients while serving as Chief of Mental Health Outpatient Services and Psychiatry Site Director at the Mountain Home Veterans Affairs Medical Center.
