Course Syllabus Template
For every credit bearing course at ETSU, the Instructor of Record is required to create a course syllabus that is provided to every student enrolled in the course. Please review the entire Syllabus Policy.
Create a syllabus using the syllabus template below.
A syllabus should be created using the University's Syllabus Template. Click the link below to access the template. Do not forget to include the syllabus attachment information available on the Syllabus Resources tab on this website.

ETSU Syllabus Template (Invitational)
Send the syllabus to the Director of the Curriculum Innovation Center.
Save the syllabus as a pdf with the CRN as part of the file name, example ARTA1030_CRN11223.pdf.
Send the syllabus each semester to be uploaded into Goldlink prior to the start of classes.
