Help Desk

The ITS Help Desk is the first point of contact for technical assistance via telephone, email, chat, or walk-in support. Requests that cannot be resolved by Help Desk technicians are escalated to the next level of support for specialized assistance. Service is available to all ETSU students, faculty, and staff. Personal Student Devices

In addition to providing technical support of university-owned equipment and software, the ITS Help Desk provides limited software assistance for student desktops, laptops, or mobile devices.

  • Web browser issues
  • Authentication issues 
  • Malware removal
  • Office 365 installation

Walk-in assistance is located in Sherrod Library room 105.

Open Computer Labs

Technical support from ITS is also available for computers and printers in the open computer labs located in Sherrod Library.

Lab assistants can be found at the table near room 105.
