Credit Hours Produced Report (CHP) By Level, Rubric, Department, College, And University
The CHP Report shows the credit hours produced [course credit hour value times the number of students enrolled] by the University and its colleges and departments by semester. The report is used as a decision support tool under the guidance of the Office of the Provost with distribution to academic deans and departmental chairpersons.
Each report contains a breakdown of credit hours produced by course levels and by course rubrics for students enrolled as of census date. Data are generally summarized over a five-year period and include brief details regarding pertinent academic program changes.
Fall and Spring Semester reports are listed below. Publication of two versions began in fall 2017. One version is a Print Copy containing visual aids to enhance reading and printing pages and a second version is a Data File Copy available for easier extraction of the data for additional analyses.
