Staff Senate Committees
The ETSU Staff Senate serves as a vital platform for fostering communication and collaboration among staff, administration, and the broader university community. Comprised of dedicated representatives from each EEOC division, the Senate ensures diverse and inclusive representation, advocating for staff interests while addressing key university matters. Through its committees, the Senate takes on a wide array of responsibilities, including organizing community initiatives like the Holiday Drive and Blood Drive, maintaining open communication with university leadership, coordinating staff events like the annual picnic, and overseeing elections and awards processes. By addressing staff concerns, promoting stewardship, and encouraging active participation, the Staff Senate embodies a commitment to enhancing the experience of all ETSU staff and strengthening the university's vibrant community.
