Want to be financially fit but don't know where to begin? This seminar provides participants the opportunity to learn a systematic way to measure and guide income and expenditures. The goal of this workshop is to assist in creating short and long term goals to ensure financial success.

Time Management: Get a Grip on Time
Too much to accomplish and too little time? Learn about the most common obstacles to good time management and receive solutions to more successfully manage time in this workshop. This workshop will help participants evaluate where they spend their time, develop strategies that will help them be more efficient with their time, and change their time management as their schedule and life changes.

Self-Care 101
Learn about various types of self-care and their benefits! Participants in this workshop will gain knowledge of ways to engage in self-care through the 10 dimensions of wellness and determine what methods may work best for them. Identifying your self-care needs, fitting them into your schedule, and breaking down any barriers that may be in your way are all necessary skills to accomplish emotional wellness.

Beating Burnout Before it Beats You
Feeling overwhelmed and unmotivated? This seminar teaches college students what burnout is academically and occupationally, and how to prevent or navigate it using certain strategies.

Alcohol 101
This seminar teaches college students the effects and consequences of substance use (alcohol and other drugs). It provides college students with knowledge about standard drink sizes, blood alcohol concentration, and tips to promote safety. This seminar also teaches important bystander intervention techniques.

Teamwork and Collaboration
This seminar will provide college students with skills and strategies for effective communication and collaboration when working as a team. Various leadership and learning styles will be explored to better understand differences among team members. The goal of this seminar is for students to understand how to be efficient as a group when working towards the same goal.

Environmental Stress and Stress Relief
This workshop brings awareness to common stressors that may be found in one's surroundings and teaches participants how to minimize potential negative effects. Participants will also learn about the benefits of natural environments and how they can aid in relaxation, increasing one's overall well-being.

achieving Occupational Wellness
This seminar provides participants with information about what occupational wellness is and how to work towards it. It also teaches students how to find balance between school/work life and their personal/social life. Students will also learn skills and strategies for working independently and with groups, creating goals, obtaining new skills and knowledge, and networking, all of which can be applied in the academic or workplace setting.

This seminar covers the various types of stress and provides tools on how to navigate stress. It also covers the 10 dimensions of wellness to help participants find balance and sources of wellness.

This workshop will help participants assess their digital well-being and provide resources to improve the way they use technology and technological services.
