HALO photo booth rental available for indoor events only.
$100 in the form of a journal voucher for approved rental requests taking place for a maximum duration of 4-hour intervals on Monday – Friday (8 a.m. – 5 p.m.)
- Journal voucher payment will be processed by the Office of University Marketing and Communications. Please do not process your own journal voucher.
Please note, additional usage of the HALO photo booth rental exceeding the 4-hour rental allotment will result in a $50 per hour fee added to the renter’s billing total for *each hour* beyond the agreed upon time period.
However, if a renter is trained in the proper teardown of equipment by a UMC team member, that person may be granted permission to do so for an event exceeding the 4-hour rental with no additional cost. In doing so, the renter therefore agrees to properly store all equipment/green screen in a locked and secure office on ETSU’s campus and is responsible for the equipment’s safe and undamaged return.

- 1 photo frame background graphic design, 1 round of revisions

- Setup and teardown of HALO photo booth by UMC team member
- UMC setup of the HALO photo booth will take place no earlier than 30 minutes before an event or gathering.
Liability Waiver/Damage to Equipment:
By agreeing to the mandatory liability waiver within the HALO photo booth rental request form, those renting the equipment understand that they are responsible for damage caused to the HALO photo booth equipment during their rental period, up to and including the actual replacement value for each missing or damaged item.
Check Your Date:
If you are interested in renting the HALO photo booth, fill out the rental request form at least 30 days in advance – but no more than 60 days ahead - of your event/gathering.
Please note, completing the rental request form does not guarantee use of the HALO photo booth. All submitted requests are reviewed before an email notification is sent within 3 to 5 business days confirming or denying the rental request.
