Request Use of Campus Facilities
Please follow the "Reserve Space on Campus" link below to request use of on-campus facilities. This link can be used to request a variety of spaces in the Culp, Brinkley or Martin Centers, Athletic and Campus Recreation facilities as well as academic buildings. Policies
The following policies apply campus-wide. Additional facility-specific policies and procedures may also apply to your event. Please discuss event needs with your event planner.
- Access to University Property Policy– Ensures no undue disruption of the University’s mission and educational purpose on campus.
- University Catering Policy – Sodexo is the University’s contracted food service provider. Please refer to this policy for options available for catering events on the ETSU campus.
- Priority of Facility Use – ETSU regulates the use of its campus property and facilities to be consistent with the University’s mission and educational purpose.
- Campus Alcohol Policy – Guidance on the possession, use, and purchase of alcohol on campus and the purchase of alcohol off campus.
- Free Speech Policy – Affirms ETSU’s legal obligations regarding free speech that are consistent with federal and state constitutional mandates and present jurisprudence.
- Non-Student Minors on Campus – Guidelines that apply broadly to interactions between minors and university students, faculty, staff, and volunteers in university-sponsored or affiliated programs or activities.
