The TMA Work Order System will be offline for approximately 6 hours for an upgrade on May 7, 2024, from 9:00 AM EST to approximately 2:00 PM EST. There will be no access to the service portal for students/staff. All work order requests will have to be called in to 423-439-7900 during this time.
Submit a Work Order by using your standard ETSU credentials (username and password):
To submit a work order, go to TMA iService Desk.
Report a Problem:
To report a problem, for emergencies call 439-7900
For general problems, complete a work order by going to TMA iService Desk.
Renovate My Office:
To renovate your office, follow the procedure in the Renovation and Space Utilization Policy.
Move My Office:
To move your office, follow the procedure in the Renovation and Space Utilization Policy.
Get a Nameplate:
To get a nameplate, complete a work order by going to TMA iService Desk.
Get a Door Sign:
To get a door sign, complete a work order by going to TMA iService Desk.
Rekey My Office/Room:
To rekey your room or office, complete a work order by going to TMA iService Desk.
Get Extra Keys:
To get extra keys for a room or office, fill out a key control form also complete a work order by going to TMA iService Desk.
Request Floor Plans:
To request floor plans, complete a work order by going to TMA iService Desk.
