Personal Laptops & Computers
Please note that while we can provide simple diagnostics for hardware issues, we are not able to:
- Open your desktop or laptop for repairs, replacements, or installations.
- Assist with hardware-based problems beyond basic diagnostics.

Mobile Operating Systems
Due to the vast variety of hardware and software available, our support for mobile operating systems is limited. We can assist you with:
- Wireless Network Settings: Help with configuring your device to connect to the ETSU wireless network.
- Email Set Up: Assistance with setting up your ETSU email on your personal device.
- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): Assistance with setting up an authenticator app on your personal device.
Support for On-Campus Housing

Resident Network Access
The resident wired and wireless networks are now managed by a third-party vendor, Apogee ResNet. To access the network, you need to create an account with Apogee and select your building and dorm location.
Please note that ETSU's ITS office no longer provides support for the resident network.

Streaming TV
Streaming TV is available on the resident network through the Stream2 platform. You can access Stream2 via apps for iOS, Android, FireTV, and Roku by searching for Stream2 in the respective app stores. You can also use the web player at: Stream2 Web Player
