Employees and departments may choose from the following Dell and Apple desktop and laptop configurations.
Please be aware that the Dell desktop computer Level 1 base model (PC - Level 1) is the only computer fully funded through the Computer Replacement initiative. All Apple computers and any Dell desktop or laptop computer with a cost above $905 will result in a departmental charge equal to the difference between the Level 1 base cost and the cost of the upgrade selected. Please contact ITS with questions. Because of fluctuating market conditions, prices may vary from those listed below without notice.
NOTE: Adjunct Faculty, Auxiliary Services, Family Practice personnel, persons with a secondary assignment, medical residents, positions funded by restricted accounts, student workers, and graduate assistants are NOT eligible for computer funding through this project. Eligibility of Facilities employees will be evaluated on an individual basis, based on job requirements. Exceptions are not granted.
