Our New Ticketing System is Now Live! The ETSU Martin Center has transitioned to Paciolan, our new ticketing platform. Patrons can now purchase tickets online, activate their account, and enjoy an improved ticket buying and account management experience.

- The Martin Center Box Office accepts cash, check, and credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover).
- All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable except in cases of canceled events.
- Treat tickets as cash. They cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
- Due to the nature of live entertainment, dates, times, performers, and prices are subject to change.
Paciolan is now the official online ticketing platform for the ETSU Martin Center. Tickets bought on the secondary market or third-party websites may be invalid, more expensive, and/or ineligible for our assistance. The ETSU Martin Center is not able to honor, replace, or refund any invalid tickets.

Ticket Delivery Methods
MOBILE: Patrons with a smartphone that utilizes digital wallet technology can and should download their tickets into their smartphone when they receive their ticketing email. Mobile Delivery is the default method for ticket delivery unless otherwise specified.
PRINT-AT-HOME: Print-at-home tickets are emailed to the purchaser and can be printed on 8.5" x 11" paper and brought to the performance.
WILL CALL: A photo ID must be presented by the ticket purchaser to pick up Will Call (pre-purchased) tickets. To make arrangements for someone other than the ticket purchaser to pick up tickets, please contact the Box Office in advance.
Ticket holders voluntarily assume all risk of property loss and personal injury or illness arising during or as a result of ticket use and event attendance.
Customers are not allowed to choose a seat location that strands a single seat. For example, if three seats remain in a row, you will not be able to select only two of them, thereby stranding a single seat. This maximizes seating capacity and limits the number of unsellable single tickets.

- A photo ID is required to pick up tickets from the Box Office or at Will Call, or have tickets reprinted at a performance due to mobile device failure.
- All patrons and bags are subject to search.
- ETSU reserves the right to eject any patron for failing to adhere to venue policies including unlawful or unruly behavior.
- Pets or animals of any kind are not allowed, with the exception of Service Animals under the ADA.
- No re-entry permitted.
- ETSU is a tobacco-free campus. No smoking or vaping is allowed in the facility or anywhere on premises.

- Visit Guest Services for Assistive Listening Systems (ALS), booster seats, family restroom access or any other special accommodation requests.

Where can I purchase tickets online?
Tickets are now available through our new Paciolan ticketing platform. Visit our Tickets & Events page to purchase tickets, activate your account, and manage your Martin Center experience.

I've previously purchased tickets through the Martin Center. What do I need to do?
All patrons will need to activate their new online account. Simply visit the new ticketing site, log in using the email address associated with your Martin Center account, and create a new password.

Why do I have to create a new password?
Because we've moved to a new ticketing platform, all existing patrons must create a new password the first time they log in. This helps keep your account secure while allowing you to access your ticket history and manage future purchases. -

I purchased tickets in the old system. What does this mean for my tickets?
No action is needed on your end. All previously purchased tickets will be reissued and sent directly to the email address associated with your original purchase through the new ticketing system.

How do I make sure I receive Martin Center emails?
To ensure you receive order confirmations, event reminders, presale information, and other important updates, please add Tickets@ETSUMartinCenter.org and events@go.etsumartincenter.org to your safe senders or contacts list.

Can I purchase tickets online at any time?
Yes. Our new ticketing system allows you to purchase tickets and manage your account online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
