Administrative offices at the Martin Center are open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The main phone number is (423) 439-8587. The Martin Center is adjacent to The James and Nellie Brinkley Center (formerly ETSU Millennium Center), across the street from ETSU’s main campus.

Food Policy
Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the Martin Center. Containers such as bottles, cans, coolers, and backpacks are not allowed for the safety and protection of our guests.

Cancellation Policy
All programs, events, and performers are subject to change. Tickets are non-refundable except in cases of canceled events.

Weather Policy
Events will not be canceled because of weather unless university facilities are closed. Check the Martin Center website, www.etsu.edu/alert, or listen to 89.5 WETS-FM radio for weather-related announcements.

Security & Prohibited Items
All patrons and bags are subject to a security check prior to entry. ETSU reserves the right to eject any patron for failing to adhere to venue policies, including unlawful or unruly behavior. Clear totes are encouraged, but not required.
Prohibited Items:
- Oversized bags (any bag larger than 9” x 13” x 9.5”, including all backpacks, briefcases, luggage, or duffle bags)
- Outside food and beverage
- Alcoholic beverages
- Illegal substances
- Firearms or weapons of any kind
- Tobacco or vaping products
- Professional or flash photography, tripods, and monopods
- Audio or video recording devices
- Laser pointers
- Noisemaking devices (e.g. air horns, drums, whistles)
- Balloons, permanent markers, spray paint, silly string
- Animals, except Service Animals under the ADA
- Strollers
- Large or pointed umbrellas
- Signs or banners
- Skateboards, hoverboards, rollerblades, scooters, or bicycles
- Packages
All ETSU venues are tobacco-free facilities. No smoking or vaping is allowed in the facility or on premises.
**The Martin Center reserves the right to prohibit any item, including items not listed above, from entering the premises based on any show request or requirement.**

ADA Accessibility & Accommodations
The Martin Center for the Arts strives to provide world-class service to all of our guests, including those with disabilities and special needs. The Martin Center recognizes the needs of those with disabilities and has met or exceeded the requirements of compliance with both the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Tennessee accessibility mandates. The Martin Center provides a full range of accommodations to ensure safety, comfort and enjoyment of our events and facilities:
ADA Accessible Parking
From State of Franklin Road, turn onto Harris Drive (next to the Bank of Tennessee). Nine ADA parking spaces are available in Lot 55, on the right just past the bank, near the northwest corner of the Martin Center. Signage will direct patrons to the main entrance at the front of the building. Additional ADA parking is available on each floor of the Brinkley Center Parking Garage (formerly Millennium Center Parking Garage) (accessible by elevator), as well as in the ETSU parking garage.Assistive listening devices
Assistive Listening Systems (ALS) are available for patrons with hearing disabilities. This service is free of charge and is available for all performances. Restrooms
All public restrooms are accessible to patrons with disabilities.
Seating
The Martin Center provides wheelchair and companion seating with appropriate sight lines at all levels of the facility. Patrons purchasing accessible seating may purchase one (1) accessible seat and one (1) companion seat adjacent to the accessible seat. Depending upon availability, seats for additional guests will be located as close as possible to the accessible space. Patrons needing accessible seating can find those seats designated with an accessibility symbol in the Martin Center’s online ticketing system. Service Animals
Service animals that have been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability are welcome at the Martin Center.
Sign Language Interpreters
Please allow at least five (5) working days for interpreting arrangements. When it is not possible to give 5 working days notice, an effort will be made to fill all assignments; however requests will be prioritized based on availability and urgency. The closest bus stop to the facility is between Carnegie Hotel and the front of the Martin Center on State of Franklin Road.

Lost & Found
Items given to ushers or found by custodial staff are turned into Lost and Found at the Guest Services window in the lobby. -
Catering
Sodexo Dining Services is the exclusive food and beverage provider for the Martin Center. Menu options are available through Booking@ETSUMartinCenter.org. Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options are also available.
The Martin Center offers a wide variety of food and beverages throughout the facility. Guests are not permitted to bring any outside food or beverages into the Martin Center. Containers such as bottles, cans, coolers, and backpacks are not permitted for the safety and protection of our guests. Any patrons with specific dietary needs due to medical conditions or religious requirements should contact Guest Services to discuss available food options. -
