The Center, in partnership with Ballad Health, ETSU, and StoryCollab, hosted an extraordinary Nurse Narratives event!

We were delighted to welcome over a hundred attendees for a special screening of compelling first-person video stories from nurses. These narratives powerfully highlighted the vital roles of empathy, communication, and clinical expertise in nursing.

The atmosphere was charged with energy as the audience engaged deeply with the stories, sparking meaningful discussions about the core values of nursing. It was truly inspiring to witness the positive and collaborative spirit that permeated the evening.

We’re excited to announce that the Nurse Narratives collaboration will continue with a new phase in Spring 2025! Stay tuned for more updates as we keep celebrating and amplifying the voices of nurses.

We’re excited to celebrate the successful completion of our inaugural Nurse Leadership class, which wrapped up on August 23, 2024! In partnership with OpusVi, we guided 14 dedicated nurse leaders through a transformative 12-week online course aimed at enhancing their leadership capabilities. To mark this milestone, we’re hosting a special Nurse Leadership Luncheon at the Model Mill on September 12, 2024, where we honored our first cohort and their achievements.
