All charges are due at the beginning of each term. East Tennessee State University does not send bills to students for their tuition and fees. The best way to know your current financial obligation for the term is by viewing your account through GoldLink Online.

Payment Options
Direct Deposit Authorization
Direct deposit is a process for electronic funds transfer to your account at a financial
institution you choose. ETSU does not recommend the use of any one financial institution.
You can use any bank where you have an existing checking account. It is a quick, easy,
and safe method of receiving your financial aid refund. To set-up your direct deposit
account:

- Click on “Student” in the GoldLink Portal
- Click on “Account”
- Click on “Set Up Direct Deposit”
- Click on “eRefunds”
- Use your banking account and routing number information.
- Do NOT input a debit card number
Make a Payment on Your Student Account:
All credit card payments must be made using GoldLink. A 2.85% ($3 minimum charge)
service fee will be assessed on all credit card payments.

- Click on “Student” tab
- On the Taskbar, click “Account”
- Open the Account Taskbar
- click on “Make Payment”
- Enter Payment information
