- Student submits an appeal form to the GCOP Office of Financial Aid
- Includes a written statement with the basis for the appeal
- Attaches all relevant documentation
- Keeps a copy of the appeal and documentation for their records
- The GCOP IRP reviews the appeal according to the GCOP IRP Committee Schedule
- The student will receive a written notice of the decision via ETSU email
- Student can appeal the decision to the IRP
- Student can request an appeal within 45 calendar days of receiving the IRP decision
