1 & One Campaign

1 & One is a movement focused on weaving kindness, respect, and civic responsibility into the very fabric of our community. By bringing together students, faculty, and staff, this campaign creates a space where every voice is heard, every perspective is valued, and every individual has the opportunity to grow.

Through meaningful programs and activities, 1 & One empowers students to find their voices and actively engage with the world around them. It's about more than learning—it's about building bridges, fostering understanding, and nurturing a sense of shared responsibility. By championing civility and honoring free speech, we are creating a campus environment where everyone feels seen, respected, and valued.

At its core, 1 & One is about preparing ETSU Buccaneers to step into the world as compassionate, informed citizens—ready to make a positive impact in their communities and beyond.
