Prior to each board meeting, the materials for review are placed below in pdf format.  To view the agenda and materials, simply click on the meeting in which you are interested.  The files are generally large in volume and contain hundreds of pages.  Depending on the speed of your internet connection, it may take a few minutes to download. 

The process for members of the University community and general public to address the Board of Trustees during full Board meetings is available in the Appearances Before the Board of Trustees Policy.
