Academic Alerts are a proactive way for ETSU Faculty and Staff to help you stay on track and succeed in their courses. Whether you have missed classes, missed assignments, or would benefit from tutoring, academic alerts help you understand your progress and connect you with campus resources that can support your academic goals.
Academic Alert Email Messages
When an Academic Alert is issued, you receive an automated email from Navigate360, and a push notification in the mobile app, with the alert's Notification or Referral reason, the professor's name, the class, and contact information for additional support. If an alert was issued for tutoring, the automated message will include the Center for Academic Achievement's (CFAA) contact information and how schedule an appointment.
