Pediatrics Residency Program
The ETSU Department of Pediatrics Residency Program trains residents to be competent
and compassionate physicians who advocate to improve the health of children, their
families, and the community. Our program aims to provide excellent general pediatric
training to prepare residents to serve as well-rounded, competent board-certified
pediatricians who are able to excel in their chosen field. Residents learn to practice
in a team-based model to provide compassionate and comprehensive care, and we foster
resident commitment to child advocacy and health equity in underserved and rural patient
populations. Thank you for visiting our website and please let us know if you have
