*After living on campus for four semesters, students have the option to reduce to either the 5-Day Anytime or 7-Day Anytime Limited 15 plans. Eligible students may request this by completing the Request to Change Meal Plan Form found on our Policies, Agreements & Forms page.
All Anytime and Block Plan Pricing is Per Semester.
Block Plans
All Block Plans come with a set number of meals per semester (80, 60, 40, 20 or 10) and a set amount of Flex Dollars which act the same as Dining Dollars. All Block Plans are taxable.
Summer Block 40 Plan - 2025 (No Flex Dollars)
Cost: $415
For Summer 2025, Dining Services will be offering a Summer Block 40 Meal Block Plan
at the cost of $415.00 plus tax. There are no Flex Dollars with this plan. The plan
will begin on May 27th and end on August 1st. During this period, the Dining Hall
will be open Monday-Friday, 7:00am to 8:30am for Breakfast, and 11:30am to 1:30pm
for Lunch. If you would like to request a Summer Meal Plan Application, please contact
us at housing@etsu.edu.
Block 80 Plan + 200 Flex Dollars
Cost: $1,040/semester
Block 60 Plan + 275 Flex Dollars
Cost: $900/semester
Block 40 Plan + 335 Flex Dollars
Cost: $769/semester
Block 20 Plan + 400 Flex Dollars
Cost: $625/semester
Block 10 Plan + 240 Flex Dollars
Cost: $345/semester
