- Spring 2026 Request Form for Changing Meal Plans
- Form for students who already have a meal plan and are requesting to reduce or upgrade it for the upcoming term
- All students assigned to the main campus residence halls are automatically assigned a 7-Day Silver Anytime Dining Plan. Residents who have lived on campus four or more semesters may request to reduce to the 5-Day Anytime or Limited 15 Anytime plan, via this form.
