Can I use FMLA if I don't have sick leave available?
Yes. When the illness, injury or disability of an employee continues beyond the period of accumulated sick leave, the employee shall use any accumulated annual leave for continued absence. Participating employees who have exhausted their accumulated sick and annual leave may request additional leave from the appropriate sick bank.

Upon termination of employment, accumulated sick leave shall not be used as terminal leave, and the employee shall not be entitled to any lump sum payment for accumulated sick leave. Can I vote during my work day?
Employees who are registered voters may receive reasonable time off to vote if they request such time off before 12 noon the day before the election.
