Student Nursing & ETSU Health Badges
Student nursing badges are separate from your student ID card, and are used to wear for your classes and clinicals as deemed necessary by the College of Nursing.
To receive an ETSU Health Badge, we must have permission from the department that your are to have one printed. In most cases, we receive approvals each semester directly from the department before the semester starts. Late-adds may require the student making contact with the departmental approver and getting the request sent to ID Services.
All first time badges are $10, and will require payment upon pick-up, or prior to mailing badges.
Any replacement badges will be $27.38 each.
