Our focus on Leadership through Diversity makes our program unique and highlights our emphasis on applied learning and leadership. As a result of our program's emphasis on this link between the theory and practice, our graduates enter the workforce and/or graduate programs as accomplished social thinkers who are focused on civic engagement, social justice, and change and who can help to satisfy the continuing need locally, nationally, and globally to improve the lives, opportunities, and futures of women, gender, and sexual minorities.
