• Grant name: College Students as Facilitators to Reduce Adolescent Obesity Disparity

• Two wave program testing effectiveness of grant's wellness curriculum for high school
students compared to current wellness curriculum with the use of college students
as peer facilitators
• Duties: ensure training fidelity for the undergraduate peer facilitators, serve
as liaison between school districts and ETSU faculty, oversee staff tasked with data
collection, cleaning, and management, and dissemination of outcomes through conference
presentations, posters and manuscripts, clerical duties
Research Assistant for ETSU TBR Boundaries to Bridges Grant (Feb 2014-June 2014)

• Focus groups and interviews conducted with school personnel, parents, and students
at area high schools to assess perceptions of school and parent roles in students'
