    • All applications for the ETSU M.S (SLP) program  must be submitted to the Communication Sciences and Disorders Common Application System (CSDCAS). CSDCAS is a common application that is specific to Communication Sciences and Disorders.
    • Applicants will also complete a short ETSU application which includes an application fee of $55.00 (domestic) $65.00 (international). Instructions for the ETSU Application will be found in the CSDCAS system as you complete the application. All applicants need to complete BOTH CSDCAS and ETSU Applications before the February 1st deadline

      • 3 credits in biological sciences
      • 3 credits in physical sciences (including Chemistry or Physics)
      • 3 credits in statistics
      • 6 credits in behavioral and/or social sciences that include study that pertains to understanding normal/abnormal human behavior, development across the lifespan, social interaction, and issues of culturally diverse populations
      • 15 credits in basic human communication processes with at least 2 credits each in the following areas of speech, language, and hearing: the anatomic and physiologic bases; the physical and psychosocial bases; and linguistic and psycholinguistic aspects
      • 25 clinical observational credits under the supervision of an ASHA-certified professional
      • Students with an undergraduate degree in fields other than communicative disorders must complete the pre-requisite coursework with at least a 3.0 GPA.
