Annual Benefits Enrollment begins October 1, 2024 and ends October 18, 2024
Annual Enrollment is your chance to choose your Partners for Health plan benefits or make changes in your selections that are effective the following January 1. You’ll use Employee Self Service in Edison at www.edison.tn.gov to add, remove or make changes to your insurance coverage, unless otherwise noted. You may access Edison through your ETSU webmail/Office 365 (see video below).
Benefits Information for Partners for Health Members Impacted by Hurricane Helene.
For MOST benefits*, if you don’t want to make changes, you don’t have to do anything during Annual Enrollment. If you’re enrolled now and don’t make changes, you’ll continue enrollment in the same plan options for medical, dental and vision products, and you’ll pay 2025 employee premium amounts.
Networks, providers and benefits may change and impact you. We encourage you to review your medical, dental and vision network options each year. It’s a good idea to review your enrollment selections each year in Edison or in Goldlink. You are not required to enroll in health insurance or make changes. As an active employee, if you don’t enroll, no premium dollars for health insurance will be deducted from your paycheck.
For detailed information please visit the Partners for Health Annual Enrollment website. For questions about your benefits contact the Benefits Administration Service Center at:1-800-253-9981 or 615-741-3590. For assistance or questions about Edison, please contact the Edison Help Desk at 1-866-376-0104 or 615-741-HELP (4357)
ETSU employees may now access Edison via single sign-on from their ETSU webmail as seen in the video below.
