Personnel Change Proposal and Approval
This Dynamic Form may be submitted by any member of the department. It will be reviewed initially by the designated Human Resources Business Partner for eligibility purposes regarding the employee to be promoted or transferred. Requests will then be routed through the appropriate approval chain, as determined and setup by the Human Resources Business Partner. Requesters may add a comment regarding suggested workflow approvers, but the number of participants is limited. Submissions will be returned to the Requester for revisions.
