Workshops, book studies, and more from the northeast TN STEM Innovation Hub, funded by TSIN. Supports educators in PK-12 in northeast Tennessee.
Professional learning opportunities provided to teachers participating in the Niswonger, STEM.LD grant project, funded by the USDOE. Additional opportunities available to teachers outside of STEM.LD schools, like the STEM.LD Summer Institute 2023.
Workshops, Preschool STEM Institute, a free virtual workshop series, and more focused on teachers of youngest learners 0-8, with special focus on the preschool age range from 3-5 years old. Led by Alissa Lange and colleagues, with projects across formal and informal learning settings.
Led by Dr. Tai, the newest in his and his teams series of grants support computational thinking and literacy in northeast Tennessee, espcially in grades K-5.
A multi-year, multi-sector collaboration led by Eastman provided college credit to math and science teachers in our region. Next planned year is summer 2024.
