Campus Recreation Aquatics
Campus Recreation now has a new member portal! Sign up for programs or request a reservation through the online platform.
Open to all CPA members who would like to come and enjoy the pool. We offer both lap swim and recreational swim. Campus Recreation programs have priority over pool space during open swim hours. You must swipe in before coming into the CPA to use the pool.
Updated Policy (revised March 14, 2019): A recreational swim time where ETSU Faculty, Staff and Students' families can enjoy the pool to meet and interact with other ETSU families. A Faculty/Staff/Student member can bring up to 5 children with one Faculty/Staff/Student active membership and must present their ETSU ID at the front desk to sign-in. A Guest Pass may be purchased with an ETSU sponsor. However, Guest Passes do not grant access to allow additional family members. One ETSU ID is required, per 5 children. Campus Recreation programs have priority over pool space during family swim hours.
On select Mondays in the spring semester, we will be offering several 30-45 minute swim clinics which will focus on freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly, kicking and diving. These clinics are designed to teach basics and assist with form. Participants must be able to swim 50 yards consistently (down and back) and must be 16 years of age. Swim clinics are free to students and $5 for faculty/staff. Swim clinics are currently postponed.
To reserve the pool for private events or organized groups, please contact Savanna Moeller via email firstname.lastname@example.org. Staffing costs are calculated based on the total number of attendees. Rental fees will be determined by Campus Recreation staff and may require a 2 hour minimum when applicable.

Parent/Child, Preschool, & Youth
Group Swim Lessons
The ETSU Campus Recreation Swim Lesson Program varies in ages from 6 months - 12 years old. Group swim lessons consist of 8 thirty minute classes that occur for 4 weeks. Participants should register in specific swim levels depending on their swimming abilities. We also offer a Water Babies class for ages 6 months to 32 months. Water Babies requires a parent/guardian in the water the entire class.
Group lessons are offered to current ETSU Faculty/Staff, Students and their dependents. There is no late registration. We work on a first come, first serve basis. When classes are full, the registration will be closed for that specific group. We recommend registering in the first few days to make sure you have a spot.
Lessons may be cancelled due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances. All makeups for inclement weather will be held the Friday of the same week the class is cancelled. Refunds will not be given for inclement weather, cancelled or missed lessons.
If you have any questions, please email email@example.com.
Swim lessons are postponed until further notice. We apologize for the inconvenience.
If you have never registered for a program online with Campus Recreation OR if your child is not registered in our system, please email Savanna Moeller (firstname.lastname@example.org), Coordinator of Operations and Aquatics, with your name, phone number, your child's name and date of birth to ease the registration process.
