The Group Fitness program at Campus Recreation is designed and dedicated to promote healthy lifestyles in the ETSU community. Certified instructors provide a variety of fitness classes for all fitness levels. Group exercise classes are FREE for students, faculty, staff, and CPA members. Registration is recommended for all classes. Please plan to arrive to group exercise classes 5 - 10 minutes prior to the beginning of class.
